The course is divided up as follows:

  • Daily tuition with the music teachers (individual, group or ensemble tuition as arranged)
  • Subsidiary subjects (conducting, breathing and rhythm courses, autogenic training, music psychology, piano for non-pianists)
  • Orchestra, Big Band and Chamber Music - at various levels, piano accompaniment
  • Events (concerts, display of sheet music and instruments, course party)

At the beginning of the course participants receive a schedule for the entire week. This contains the fixed points of the course, namely the times of the subsidiary subjects, mixed ensembles, organized events (e.g. course party) and performance opportunities (e.g. church concerts, open-air concert on the Saturday).

Each participant arranges his/her lessons with the instrument teachers so that he/she has the possibility to attend the subsidiary subjects he/she is interested in. Therefore each participant can create his/her own personal schedule for the week.

The attendance of the subsidiary subjects is included in the price. You do not have to register for these separately.

Food and accommodation are not included in the course fee. However, there are two guest houses which are providing set menus for our participants (approximately €9.00).
